What you’ll do:
- _Manage programs that are global in scope and/or have a high level of risk, often with a team of PMs
- _& Deliver accurate financial management of accounts/brands
- _& Participate in the business development process and will be a key member of the pre-sales team
- _& Establish relationships with key client team members within the collection of projects
- _& Act as a client point-of-contact and lead the day-to-day management of account
- _& Demonstrate a solid understanding of the client’s business, needs, expectations and requirements
- _& Work with client, third-party and project teams to estimate costs and timing for tasks
- _& Ensure the feasibility of project delivery given scope, time and budget constraints across collection of projects
- _& Collaborate closely with creative and technology leads throughout the full project lifecycle from concept to delivery
- _& Author contracts and complex budget documents and timelines
- _& Obtain client signoff at key points
- _& Facilitate communication between internal teams and with project-related client teams
- _& Oversee everything in the financial lifecycle, including estimates, revenue forecasts, invoicing, payables, receivables
- _& Direct multiple vendor/third party relationships
What you’ll need:
- _Our expectation is that you will come into this role with:
- _7-10 years of industry experience in agency
- _& Average project run rate of $3-6 million
- _& Demonstrated ability to grow the client relationship
- _& Expert understanding of project management methodology, risk mitigation, and quick turn work plan shifts
- _& Ability to run meetings with autonomy
- _& Cross-discipline teams with 15-30 people (internal and client)
- _& Virtuoso organizational skills, aptitude for written and verbal communication
- _& Capacity to balance and prioritize activities to address critical issues
- _& Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Masters or advanced training preferred
