What you'll do
_Source and manage candidates through the hiring pipeline across the various specialties of our business including Delivery, Creative, Design, Client Partnership and Strategy
- _Work with hiring managers to ensure accurate job descriptions and postings for current open roles
- _Work with the people operations team to develop and implement new policies and procedures
- _Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
What you'll need
Our expectation is that you will come into this role with:
- _Proven work experience as a recruiter, sourcer, or recruiting coordinator. Creative recruiting experience preferred
- _Experience with various recruiting and people operations software such as Lattice and Greenhouse preferred
- _Sourcing experience via LinkedIn and Indeed preferred
