Policy Statement

Goods ,Inc and any of its Subsidiaries, specifically including but not limited to Goods & Services, Inc, Goods & Services Technology Ltd and NearShore Technology, LLC  (together “Goods” ) are committed to ensuring that neither slavery nor human trafficking takes place within our business or our supply chain. We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically and transparently in all our business dealings. This policy is published in accordance with the obligations of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Scope

This policy applies to all persons working for or on behalf of Goods, Inc and any of its Affiliates, including employees, contractors, associates, agency workers, and supply chain partners.

Our Business and Supply Chain

Goods is a professional technology and digital transformation services company operating primarily in the UK, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. Our supply chain includes sub-contractors, specialist associates, technology platform vendors, and professional services providers. We assess the risk of modern slavery in our supply chain to be low, given the professional nature of our services and the jurisdictions in which we operate. However, we remain vigilant and take active steps to mitigate any residual risk.

Our Commitments

Goods  has a zero Tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery.

  • We will not use forced, compulsory, or trafficked labor, and we will not exploit children.
  • We will pay all workers at or above the applicable national minimum wage or living wage.
  • We will not charge workers recruitment fees.
  • We will provide all workers with written employment terms and conditions.
  • We will respect workers' rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining where applicable.

Supply Chain Due Diligence

  • We assess the modern slavery risk of our suppliers and sub-contractors as part of our standard vetting process.
  • Our sub-contractor agreements include obligations to comply with modern slavery legislation and to notify us of any concerns.
  • We reserve the right to audit or request evidence of compliance from suppliers where modern slavery risk is identified.
  • We will take appropriate action, including termination of contracts, in response to confirmed modern slavery violations in our supply chain.

Training and Awareness

All employees receive modern slavery awareness training at induction. Employees with procurement, HR, or supply chain management responsibilities receive additional training on identifying and responding to modern slavery risks.

Reporting

Any employee, contractor, or third party who has concerns that modern slavery may be occurring within our organization or supply chain should report this immediately to the CEO or HR contact. We will investigate all reports promptly and will not penalize anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith.
