With nearly 30 years of experience spanning startups, mid-market companies, and Big Five consultancies, PJ has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to boards and C-suites. Over the course of his career, he has participated in approximately $2B in digital services bookings impact across industries.
Earlier in his career, PJ co-founded Archaia, a pioneering publishing company that helped redefine creator-owned storytelling in the graphic novel space. Under his leadership, Archaia became one of the first publishers to enter digital publishing in parallel with print, earning seven top-10 digital comics on the original Amazon Kindle and securing multiple television and theatrical adaptation deals.
He has been featured in publications including the Chicago Tribune, Crain’s Chicago Business, and CEOWORLD, and has spoken at industry forums such as Forrester’s inaugural Age of the Consumer conference and Northwestern University on topics including AI, digital transformation, and leadership.
